1. Return

We offer return for:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
• Missing items in your order

📌 Request within 48 hours with your order number & images at hello@peppyforall.com.

📌 Return product should return within 5 - 6 days

2. Refunds

Refunds are available if:

• The order was not delivered or expired
• A replacement is not possible

📌 Refund amount will be credited in 5 to 6 days to original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened/used products (hygiene reasons)
• Orders with discount codes, gift cards, or promotional offers

4. Cancellations

• Allowed within 12 hours, if not shipped.
